Axelar integrates Solana mainnet, enabling cross-chain asset transfers and messaging between Solana and Axelar-supported chains including Ethereum, XRP Ledger, Stellar, and Hedera. The integration gives developers, asset issuers, and protocols a secure and reliable path to connect Solana with the broader multichain ecosystem.

Axelar launched its own interface this week at app.axelar.network — a new way to move assets across chains directly through Axelar's secure, decentralized network. Starting with nine EVM chains, with swaps, Express transfers, and Solana support coming next.

Axelar is proposing a governance vote to discontinue three Amplifier chain integrations, Flow, Berachain, and Plume, that have generated no sustained activity while incurring significant verifier costs.
